In a local town name Pine Bluff, located in central Arkansas. An entrepreneur named Stanley Walker invented an All-purpose sauce called Aisha’s. Stanley eventually opened his first restaurant in 1993 and named it after his daughter Aisha. He called the restaurant Aisha’s Fish and Chicken which was known for delicious food and finger licking All Purpose Sauce.

Beginning at the age of seven, Aisha began to work and learn the family business and operations so she can continue the legacy when she got older. Aisha has always dreamed of carrying on her family legacy and expanding the family business across the world. In 2014 Aisha graduated from University of Arkansas Pine Bluff with a B.S degree in Admin/Marketing and plans to get her Masters.

After being in business for 27 years Aisha's goal is to become well-known throughout the United States for delicious All Purpose Sauce’s and Spice’s. For all the success, we have stayed true to our roots. We are constantly creating new products that’s finger licking good. 

Although the Restaurants are closed we still offer catering, food truck service and a on line Store with nationwide shipping of Aisha’s mouthwatering products.
